Free users have access to all components marked as "Free." Free components can be used in personal and commercial projects with attribution.

4.2 Premium Subscription

Premium subscriptions are available on monthly or yearly billing cycles. Premium members receive access to all components, including premium-exclusive content, priority support, and early access to new releases.

4.3 Payment Terms

• Payments are processed securely through our payment providers
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for unused subscriptions
• Prices may change with 30 days advance notice

5. License and Usage Rights

5.1 Free Components

Free components are licensed under a permissive license that allows:

• Use in personal and commercial projects
• Modification and customization
• Attribution required (link to LaatUI)

5.2 Premium Components

Premium components grant you:

• Unlimited use in personal and commercial projects
• Full source code access
• No attribution required
• Use in unlimited projects while subscription is active

5.3 Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Redistribute components as a standalone product or template library
• Share premium components with non-licensed users
• Claim components as your own original work
• Use components in projects that violate laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

All components, designs, code, and content on LaatUI are the property of LaatUI and its creators. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without prior written permission.

7. User Content

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display such content for improving our services.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or burdens our infrastructure

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LaatUI and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
